Through-core sheet · healthcare
A through-core sheet is not a printed film sandwiched between two layers — the colour, the chips and the pattern run through the entire 2 mm or 3 mm of the product. Wear it down and the floor still looks the same.
Every batch of PVC resin and plasticiser is checked for K-value and volatility before it reaches a mixing line.
Thickness and weight are logged every 30 minutes across the full roll width, not just at the selvedge.
Every roll is unrolled, inspected for chips, gel and shade against the master card, then re-wrapped.
Slip, fire, abrasion, formaldehyde, TVOC, five separate antimicrobial strains, REACH SVHC — the complete file is published, page by page, not summarised into a badge.

No grout lines to scrub, no swelling at the doorway, no waxing schedule. A welded sheet floor is one continuous surface — and the fewer joints there are, the fewer places there are for dirt and water to get in.

We supply importers, distributors and contractors under their own brand — with their own colour card, their own packaging and their own article codes. Design, testing and production all happen under one roof.

We send A4 swatches free of charge for evaluation — choose from our current colour cards, or send us your own design and we will match it. Courier cost is at the buyer's account and can be deducted from your first order.
For stock colours the minimum is one 20 GP container (around 3,000 m²). For a customised colour or embossing the minimum is 1,000 m² per colour. Mixed loading of up to five colours in one container is accepted.
FOB, CIF and DDP are all workable. Standard payment is 30 % T/T deposit with the balance against the bill of lading; L/C at sight is also accepted.
Stock items ship within 7 – 10 days. Customised production takes 20 – 25 days after the deposit and the colour card are confirmed, plus 7 days for sea freight documentation.
