Importers, distributors and flooring contractors — mainly buyers who need one specification to hold across repeated containers. We handle sourcing, quality control, documentation and shipping, and we answer for the goods after they land.
We send A4 swatches free of charge for evaluation — choose from our current colour cards, or send us your own design and we will match it. Courier cost is at the buyer's account and can be deducted from your first order.
For stock colours the minimum is one 20 GP container (around 3,000 m²). For a customised colour or embossing the minimum is 1,000 m² per colour. Mixed loading of up to five colours in one container is accepted.
FOB, CIF and DDP are all workable. Standard payment is 30 % T/T deposit with the balance against the bill of lading; L/C at sight is also accepted.
Stock items ship within 7 – 10 days. Customised production takes 20 – 25 days after the deposit and the colour card are confirmed, plus 7 days for sea freight documentation.
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for management systems; CE and 21 SGS test reports for the flooring, covering fire, slip, abrasion, emissions and antimicrobial performance. Test reports can be attached to the quotation on request.
